Coach Harlis Meaders

CEO & CO-FOUNDER |
CAMP DIRECTOR

My name is Coach Harlis Meaders, and I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Start 2 Finish Athletics.

For more than 33 years, I have been honored to have the opportunity to coach, lead and mentor young men and women through the vehicle of collegiate athletics. Throughout my career, I have coached at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Florida State University, Colgate University and Western Carolina University.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

More Than Athletes.
We Build Champions.

My guiding philosophy has been and continues to be that champions are the byproduct of developing the person, the student and the athlete. My greatest joy comes from watching and helping our young adults navigate this crucial point in their lives as student-athletes and building champions.

“Developing
the person,
the student
and the athlete.”
