800m and the mile are identified as the middle-distance events. These events require the speed of a sprinter and the endurance of a distance runner. Our coaches will work with campers to achieve improvements in both areas. Our coaches will also explain how to set up different race models, teaching campers how to utilize their individual strengths to their advantage.
Our camp staff is composed of experienced college coaches, professional athletes, and accomplished college student athletes. The camps are designed to be compliant with NCAA rules and regulations.
